How It Works
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I place an order?
First, take a look at our most recent menu and decide which of the items you would like on your board. Then, go to our order "tab" and place your order.
How much can I customize my board?
You can almost entirely customize your board. Charcuterie To Go is set up to allow you to pick the main components of your board. All boards come with a selection of meats, cheeses, fruits, nuts, veggies, spreads and other goodies, unless not requested. When you order you will be able to select a certain number of meats, cheeses, etc. depending on the size of your board. Please note all items are subject to availability. Substitutions may be provided if items are no longer available, but we will do our best to find a close match.
How much do the charcuterie boards cost?
Our boards come in 5 different sizes: 6"x 6", 8"x 8", 10"x 10", 12" x 12", or 16 inches round. If you are looking for a catering option for a party, celebration, wedding, etc. we also do "grazing tables."
Do you accommodate special requests?
We do our best to accommodate any special requests. If you have allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know. We can also provide vegetarian trays. Please indicate these requests in the “Special Request” section of the order form.
How early do I need to order my board?
We generally ask for orders to be submitted 3-5 days in advance. We can sometimes accommodate some rush orders, but an extra fee of $10 will apply.
What are you doing to practice cleanliness procedures?
First, our kitchen is kept impeccably clean. The kitchen is frequently sanitized. Second, as prep work is being done to put together the boards, gloves are worn.
How do I pay for my board?
You pay for your board upon pickup or delivery. You can send payment through Venmo (@Stefanie-Wager) or pay via cash upon delivery/pickup.
